The USS COGSWELL DD-651 has an interesting history. The periods of service have been separated to focus on different aspect of those periods. Crewmembers who served in the 40’s may want to look at the 1940 menu, 50’s crewmembers look into the 1950 menu and likewise with the 60’s crewmembers – 1960 menu.
